How i lost 5kg ( 10 pounds ) in 5 days !

So , i never thought that i would believe this trick about losing weight in a short period of time , but
guess what ! it works , it made me the happiest girl ever !

so I've been reading a lot of magazines about health and fitness and how to lose weight and also i watched a lot of health TV shows like " the doctors " , "Dr OZ" ... and i collected  all their advice and put it in a diet program  ! this is my experience this is what i did and you might wanna do if you wanna lose 10 pounds in 5 days :

1- Motivation :
Motivation is important if you wanna stick to this diet , if you're not motivated than you're going to give up in the second day !! and that  is not cool !! you need to push yourself to the limit and you can only do that if you're motivated !

2- Drink Water :
 Water is a powerful antioxidant and
boosts fat burning. By having these qualities, water turns into one of the greatest weapons against overweight and obesity , so drink at least 2 L of water everyday ( mixed with Vinegar for better results )

3-Your meal in those 5 days :
For breakfast : an egg , a piece of bran bread , ricotta cheese , Coffee ( without no sugar ) and a fruit !
For lunch : a salad , grilled chicken and a fruit !
for dinner : a salad and a fruit !
YOU ARE NOT GONNA FEEL HUNGRY , AT ALL  , YOU JUST HAVE TO EAT AS MUCH SALAD AS YOU CAN !

4 - YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORKOUT !! but just take a walk with your friends ! it's great to be active ! but if you wanna workout than that's a plus  :)



i'm sure eating the same food for 5 Days , might be boring , but you can play with food , put your favorite vegetables in that salad ( NO POTATO ), you don't have to eat something that you don't like , eat different vegetables each time , if you got sick of salad replace it with rise and if you got sick of grilled chicken you can replace it with fish ! but please don't cheat , it's only 5 days you're gonna be so happy after that , just push yourself and don't stop ! because if you cheat nothing is going to work !! and you're not gonna have those result !! pleaaaaaaaaaase don't cheat ! but if you wanted to eat  something sweet than you are  allowed to eat only Dark chocolate ! ONLY !


i hope you guys will try it because it really works , at least it worked for me , i know not all the bodies are the same ,but this diet gives your body everything he needs , without extra calories !
